Paul Bishop is the Chairman and CEO of H-P Products, Inc. Mr. Bishop is a member of the Board of Trustees for Mount Union College, the Stark Development Board, Aultman Health Foundation and the United Way Foundation of Central Stark County as well as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Stark Community Foundation. Mr. Bishop is a past Board member for both the Chief Executives' Organization and World Presidents' Organization. Mr. Bishop has a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University and a law degree from The University of Akron and served as a Second Lieutenant and Intelligence Officer for the Army. Mr. Bishop is married with two daughters and resides in Louisville, Ohio.

David Bishop is the Vice-Chairman of H-P Products, Inc. He began his career at H-P Products in 1969 and following his Army commitment, rejoined H-P in 1971. Mr. Bishop has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, a Mechanical Technology degree from The University of Akron and an MBA from Kent State University. Mr. Bishop is actively involved with the YMCA, serving as past Chairman of the Louisville Branch and the Canton Area YMCA. He currently sits on their Finance and Property Committees. Mr. Bishop also sits on the Finance Committee of St. Louis Catholic Church and was a past Co-Chairman of their Annual Festival. Mr. Bishop is married with three daughters and resides in Louisville, Ohio.

Allen Green joined H-P Products, Inc. in 1984 as Controller. Since joining the company, he has served as the company's CFO, Vice President of Finance and Manufacturing, Tubular Products General Manager, Executive Vice President, and currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Green earned his Bachelor's degree in accounting and mathematics from Mount Union College. He is actively involved with Mount Union, serving on the Business Advisory Council and was a past Alumni Council President. Mr. Green serves as Treasurer for Jobs for Ohio Graduates, is a charter member of Leadership Stark County and has taught Project Business through Junior Achievement for over 20 years. Mr. Green is married with two children and resides in North Canton, Ohio.

Greg Calderone began his career with H-P Products in 1999 and has served as Tubular Products Engineering Manager, Floorcare Sales Manager, Floorcare Assistant General Manager, and currently is the Vice President and Floorcare General Manager. Prior to joining H-P Products, Calderone was Chief Engineer at Redicon Corporation where he worked for 16 years in research and development, manufacturing and sales engineering. Calderone received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University, and is a member of the Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society. Mr. Calderone is married with one daughter and resides in Canton, Ohio.
